A misty mountain river winding through old-growth forest

Nicola Mosley

Therapist. Writer. River Activist.

Welcome

Hello, I'm Nicki

I'm a therapist, writer, and activist for wild places. I believe that personal healing and collective justice live in the same body. My work weaves somatic therapy, depth psychology, and environmental activism into something I call Embodied Justice.

I've navigated chronic illness in my own body — Lyme disease, mold illness, malaria — and come out the other side with a deeper respect for the wisdom of the nervous system and the land that sustains us. I live in the Canadian Rockies, where the rivers are my teachers and the mountains keep me honest.

The body doesn't lie. The river doesn't negotiate. And the work that matters most is the work we do from the inside out.
